Cancellation Policy: If you cancel more than 2 weeks (14 days) prior to the first day of the course you will receive a full refund minus a $50 administrative fee. If you cancel within 2 weeks (14 days) of the first day of the course, you will be refunded 50% of the course fee. No refunds will be given within 72 hours (3 days) of the start of the course. This includes failure to complete the prerequisites for the course, including the online component. LGI/LGIT Recerts are exempt from this policy. *
